Mariner’s Wharf
This is our largest commercial project to date, with 25 flats and shops on the waterfront in Peel. We negotiated the design with the authorities and have now completed the scheme through to detailed design.
We used computer graphic programmes in order to produce high quality visualisations to explain the scheme at the Planning stage. The client was also able to pre-sell units, based on these graphic images.
It is only possible to produce such detailed images at the end of the design process. There are many other ways of developing the design with a client to develop the right result, but fundamentally the final result is based on trust and we hope our track record shows we are able to perform in what is a very competitive market.
